			<description><![CDATA[<p>About 10 years back, the lottery cut 200 jobs and invested the savings in prize payouts. Sales went up about by hundredds of millions and education $$$ per year did by a bunch. CSL was still a very poor performer - but it was the right thing to do.<br /><br />(Ever wonder why they didn&#x27;t have to shut the doors after they got rid of 200 positions?)<br /><br />$60 million is a lot of $$$ - but I assume they plan on paying that off over time - basically a mortgage. Then, when you add the requirements of the environmental wakos, the price will double before it is finished. This is Calfiornia were talking about. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow get this The terminator says he wants to look into privatizing the lottery...........the lottery officials say the revenues are dipping .................. and now the lottery commission wants to build a 60 million dollar headquarters.<br /><br />Does anyone in Calif. know what&#x27;s going on seems doubtful to me. Why consider building a new headquarters if your going to sell the lottery to a private contractor.
