It is stories like these why I never play scratcher's, seems like there is always controversy involved.

Purchased a ticket and did not win, that's the norm. When purchasing a winning ticket and later found out it was not, now, that's just some bad luck.

Not sure why they did not sent out a recall for those misprint tickets before selling them. Like to ask all stores to check for them when opening a new pack. If the only way to check for them is by the number codes inside, then I guess it will lead to this kind of sitiuation...

I wonder if they will also pay those winners who had misprinted tickets that looked like losers.

Unlucky lotto winner Thomas Noftall may not have won the jackpot, but the 27-year-old will take home some cash from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. after all.
