			<description><![CDATA[<p>Purchased a ticket and did not win, that&#x27;s the norm. When purchasing a winning ticket and later found out it was not, now, that&#x27;s just some bad luck.<br /><br />Not sure why they did not sent out a recall for those misprint tickets before selling them. Like to ask all stores to check for them when opening a new pack. If the only way to check for them is by the number codes inside, then I guess it will lead to this kind of sitiuation...</p>]]></description>
