			<description><![CDATA[<p>maybe i read something wrong...Did they said they that it will benefit the horse industry? Why not benefit the homeless...What they dont see is that it tells a lot about a country/state when there is no homeless people in that country/state or those homeless are well taken care off....<br /><br />but again is just politics...<br /><br />something i&#x27;ve seen before is that in the USA they care more about animals than they care about humans...</p>]]></description>
