Will like to know how much is the projected revenue from the lottery...

On another take...Is great, did you all see the part about the 2.5 GPA...LOL...But 1,500 a year is too little...The state must not be getting a lot of revenue or something...

What i hope they create is a lottery game that pays 700 to 1,000 dollars a month towards mortage for 30 years...Sort of saying this game will pay your mortgage for 30 years...

In a memo to House members late Monday afternoon, House Speaker Robbie Wills, D-Conway, provided an overview of draft legislation to create Arkansas' voter-approved lottery for college scholarships.

As it stands now, the legislation which may be more than 100 pages when the final version is filed calls for net proceeds from the state-run lottery to fund a new scholarship program to be known as the Arkansas Opportunity Scholarship Program.
