			<description><![CDATA[<p>Not necessarily. It is ultimately up to the Lottery itself not the vendor. The way the tickets are printed and from what machine could and probably would change. But the vendor doesn&#x27;t necessarily make those kinds of decisions, the lottery does.</p>]]></description>
