			<description><![CDATA[<p>Arkansans.lol<br /><br />And you aren&#x27;t alone in the worrying. TX,OK,MO,TN,LA and MS are gonna lose tens of millions a year to our new lottery. Though i have to tell ya, i&#x27;m sick of going out of state for my tickets. It&#x27;s an even bigger pain when i have winning tickets. in 6 months i can just drive down the road and cash them in.<br /><br />On a more personal note, i&#x27;ve voted for a lottery in every election since my 18th birthday. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Arkansas lottery is getting closer to becoming a reality.<br /><br />Soon, people in Arkansas will be able to go into convenience stores and gas stations and buy lottery tickets in their own state rather than heading to one of the boardering states to get their chance at the big money.<br /><br />March 25, Gov. Mike Beebe signed both the identical Senate and House bills passing the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act. Arkansas will soon join boardering states Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas</p>]]></description>
