I have blog on numerous Arkansas sites on the Arkansas lottery with that being said , first i don't think that Arkansas can generate enough revenues to even have a lottery, since their giving it a chance.Maybe they should be focus on early childhood rather than the college bound students. Because that a sure way there will be more of those student in position to attend college , but maybe that what their counting on fewer enrollment.Big mistake to not aim for early childhood education. Confusion over salary cap for director position

Arkansas House Speaker Robbie Wills appointed three members to the newly created Arkansas Lottery Commission, and his lottery cleanup bill to clarify the salary of the commission's director cleared a committee Wednesday.

Wills appointed Joe White of Conway, Mike Malone of Fayetteville, and Susan Ward-Jones of Marion.
