			<description><![CDATA[<p>Doesn&#x27;t help that it takes FOREVER for the Kansas Cash to be hit. And we RARELY (maybe 4 times since we started) win the jackpot for Powerball. Even the lower tiers aren&#x27;t really hit in Kansas.<br /><br />I&#x27;m not even sure why I play anymore.<br /><br />I&#x27;m going to keep trying. You know the second I don&#x27;t play, we&#x27;ll win. lol</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Kansas Lottery sales were down 2.6 percent during the fiscal year that ended June 30, the state agency reported Wednesday.<br /><br />Sales for the year finished at $230.5 million, down from $236.6 million during the 2008 fiscal year.
