			<description><![CDATA[<p>The only person that saw this coming is the former Green Beret Trevor Drown, who is from Russellville Arkansas. He posted a video on his website back on July 4th, tellin the lottery director to pack his bags and go home. Lots of people saw it and complained about how much these people were making and how disorganized it is. Now Trevor posted a list of questions on who will get the money and they cannot answer it.
