Is it a doubt that Texas is among the top 3 economies in the country?

and they didn't get there by cutting corners either, just a lot of hard

work and honesty. I hope Massachusetts follows suit.

Years ago the out of print Lotto World Magazine there were articles about Texas draws stating how very careful they were conducted, both pre and post test draws, to assure randomness. Looks like they continue to hold that high standard of full disclosure, openness and ball drop draws the public can witness firsthand.

One big reason is people like to see those balls drop. Yes indeed they do ... my hope is congress will pass a law allowing people to purchase tickets from any state they choose

I'm really glad and feel fortunate that I live in Tx. I like to read the Commission's minutes from the meetings. It becomes apparent that the Tx Lottery Commission wants transparency in everything they do. They even post the results of the pre-draw tests. And it's very easy to review past drawings in all the games including MM going back several years.

Here's hoping that they don't change.

Contrasted to the Arkansas Lottery decision last week to hide their drawings inside a computer, Texas has a model approach

Stephanie Guidry and Mickey Roberts didn't have much else to do, so they stopped in front of the Texas Lottery Commission offices to watch the winning numbers be drawn.

And because she and boyfriend Mickey Roberts had nothing pressing against their schedule from 10:09 to 10:13 on a weeknight, she stayed for the adventure.

Even though they did not purchase a lottery... [ More ]
