Well, if he only spends $5 dollars or so like he usually does, (the article said, he buys 5.00 dollar quick picks) then I don't see how he would go broke. You choose to spend your $500 winnings in one day. A lot of people can win $500 and spread it over a period of time. One time, I $40 dollars and was able to make that last a month or so because I choose to spread it over a certain amount of time and not use it all at once.

I agree if you keep on playing you gonna win, but if he keeps on playing lottery with the money, I'm sure the money gonna go away quick. That happen to m alot. Once I won $500 and the next day, i was broke. The lottery is a game of chance. Anybody can win it, but if you become an addict, you might lose everything you got and end it up in bankrupcy.

Now I'm wondering of the old Two makes three and three's a charm is going to be this guy hitting PB or MM or the state Pick 6.

I wonder if he bouth the tickets at the same place, and if he did I'll bet their loto sales have picked up

Edward Williams is the definition of lucky after winning the lottery for a second time in a year. Williams, 47, of Wichita won $75,000 in September playing a $10 scratch ticket. Then on Wednesday, he defied the odds again when matched all the numbers in the Super Kansas Cash drawing to win a jackpot worth nearly $900,000.
