			<description><![CDATA[<p>I worked with a woman about 10 years ago whos husband was a district manager for Shell gas stations and he had designed a scratcher named Winter Wonderland for the Hoosier Lottery. She had a large (about 18 x 12 ) cardboard cutout of the ticket in her office. It was the first scratcher I ever played. I lost and havent improved much since.</p>]]></description>
