			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just because they&#x27;re ignorant doesn&#x27;t mean they aren&#x27;t also an idiot.<br /><br />Even if NY allowed a winner to remain anonymous, that wouldn&#x27;t prevent them from releasing other information, so anonymity isn&#x27;t a reason for the spokeperson to say they can&#x27;t release any other information. My guess would be that the winner is being allowed some time to get things in order before the rest of the information is released.</p>]]></description>
