			<description><![CDATA[<p>This article is chock-full of interesting info. It will be interesting to see if the tri-states allow N.D. to get a slice. The first quad-state game? I think it&#x27;s a great, creative idea.<br /><br />Also interesting is the sticky situation created by the lack of scratch-off games. That really hurts. I wonder if they can get some movement on that issue in their legislation, but since it&#x27;s a constitutional issue, it sounds difficult.</p>]]></description>
