			<description><![CDATA[<p>The article indicated, They were allowed to keep their winnings including Josefina Sineriz,of Bakersfield, who won $2.8 million when she otherwise would have played for the show&#x27;s $2,000 consolation prize.<br /><br />If I was one of those 9 players, I&#x27;d be furious and heartbroken! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m glad for all those concerned but...<br /><br />Isn&#x27;t it likely that the confidential informant was an underling at the CA Lottery?<br /><br />And if that was the case wouldn&#x27;t it be likely that the top suits knew about (or found out about) the switch and weren&#x27;t going to correct it until they were caught?<br /><br />Sounds to me like besides rectifying the situation, there should be an investigation of who knew what and when in upper management at the CA Lottery.<br /><br />Anybody who was complicit in a mixup and/or cover... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/202809/1441869">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
