It was so called luck that he won that 500k right, but look at how many clerks cheat customers out of winnings. But in his case the clerk signed the ticket and presented it like anyone else. What would make the lot... [ More ]

I always buy mistake tickets. There was a girl at this local store I buy my lottery tickets at and one day I asked her for a $10 Hoosier Lotto quickpick. The machine spit out the $10 ticket, but then I saw another $1 ticket come out. I don't what she did to make that happen, she did it by accident. Anyway, she set it aside and brought the $10 ticket over, and I said Hey, I'll take that ticket too . LOL. Honestly, I'd much rather be the person that bought the mistake ticket than the person that d... [ More ]

That's funny Tiggs, you and I were just talking about those lucky mistakes the other day on another thread. I could use a big mistake or two right about now.

Maybe I'll try mumbling the next time I ask for a ticket and they'll accidentally give me a winner. If I win big I'll write a book about it and title it The Mumbling Factor, subtitled How To Become Rich And Famous Through Strategic Mumbling. Guaranteed blockbuster. Maybe I should start writing it now just in case.
