Oh I get it, it&#x27;s a new custom started by J.W. that you show up at HQ with either a black or white cowboy hat.<br /><br />2. Hot Lotto is computerized. So I guess it&#x27;s possible (but extremely rare) to win a computerized drawing. In such a drawing you&#x27;re just as good playing the same #s as trying to systemize it.<br /><br />3.
