			<description><![CDATA[<p>According to statistics, the average American has one testicle, and this story is based on a use of statistics that isn&#x27;t much better. They&#x27;ve apparently had 3 Hot Lotto winners and 4 PB winners. That may be well ahead of what probability would suggest, but it&#x27;s a very short term result. There have been 50 PB jackpot winners in the past 4 years. That&#x27;s not nearly enough to use statistics to come up with anything reliable about real trends.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve thought about buying tickets in OK but I&#x27;m usually dodging a dadgum tornado when I go through there. I usually got the hammer down all the way across the state and across the Texas panhandle til I get to Tucumcari, New Mexico or so. Next time though I might stop and get a Hot Lotto ticket and a Powerball too. I just hope it&#x27;s not a ploy, you know, like the whole state is like The Children Of The Corn and the Lottery Director is He Who Walks Behind The Rows.</p>]]></description>
