			<description><![CDATA[<p>With a brand new lottery you would think the suits would have taken the time to get it right. Players don&#x27;t like computers. Players like the ball machines. Unfortunately, government bureaucrats never seem to be interested in what the players want.<br /><br />Good article Todd. I liked the reference to so called drawings. Maybe the truth in advertising law should be applied here. If it&#x27;s not really a drawing you shouldn&#x27;t be allowed to call it one.
