			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s nice to see another state join the party but it&#x27;s too bad they went the computer route.<br /><br />Especially when the only option for Arkansans to get real drawing tickets is Texarkana Texas. I&#x27;d bet being surrounded by mostly computer states probably figured in to their decision to go with computers too. That really sucks.</p>]]></description>
