			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t like to be of a suspicious nature but I always wonder what the lawyer&#x27;s cut is on these deals with relatively unsophisticated people suddenly loaded with cash. I wonder if there are any legal guidelines or is it just take what you can get? My experience with lawyers shows that getting the money and a lot of it is always job one.</p>]]></description>
