Wow thats a blessing to scatch a $5 ticket and win 1 Million dollars . Congrads to her.

Does anyone know how many $1 Millon dollar top prizes are remaining for the Smooth 7s instant game in New York? (I'm guessing maybe one or two.)

Usually there are only about 4 top prizes in each state for a scratch off like this one, So I've always thought I would have a low chance of winning the top prize in a scratchoff game when I buy them.

I'm pretty sure they do. Surely they know what's best for our money. They would never squander it. They're probably real good at handling money. I have a lot of faith in them.
