The city of Lake Oswego, Oregon, came up big once again, when the winning ticket for the St. Patrick's Day Raffle, announced Wednesday, March 17, was sold by a Lake Oswego Lottery retailer.

Sandy Hendricks of Lake Oswego presented her winning $1 million Raffle ticket at the Lottery office in Salem on Thursday, March 18.
