Ok, so NJ doesn't 'SELL OUT there numbers like NY does?? NY puts a cap on the sales of there numbers so that can't happen to them for example the 0000 hit and it capped at 5 mil so the state wouldn't pay out more than 5 million.

That's great that the Pennsylvania lottery pays numbers bets using standardized payouts no matter what the numbers are, rather than some kind of lame pari-mutuel thing like California.

Wednesday night, all sevens came up in Pennsylvania Lottery's Big 4 drawing, resulting in a whopping $7.77 million payout to 3,107 winning tickets.

In an added twist, the news came Thursday when the Super 7 jackpot was $7.3 million and Cash 5's top prize was $770,000.
