the store must me making a lot of money to not miss the money......It wasn't an audit that caught her...........the general manager Dave Shaye testified he found scratched-off, winning lottery tickets in the office without validation documents and receipts........(do they sell fish there????) and he didn't say where in the office he found them........hhhhmmmmm

I feel as though the store manager is to blame as much as the store

clerks who steal from their stores. It is the job of the store manager

to make sure that inventory is taken on regular intervals.

Yes the thiefing clerks should be charged but by the store managers' inneficiency

he or she is guilty of incitement.

Considering the amount of Money involved with the sale of Instant Lottery Tickets: One would think they would Audit the Instant Lottery Tickets more often than they do.

The ex-store manager of a Bangor, Pennsylvania, area gas station pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that she stole instant lottery tickets that cost the station a little more than $74,000 over three years.

While Tolino Fuel Service officials said Michelle Ann Zucal, 39, of Bangor had admitted to stealing lottery tickets, defense attorney Gregory Paglianite tried to raise questions as to how they know Zucal was responsible for the store's entire loss.
