I don't blame the lucky brother knowing what I know about the lotto. Even hitting once is a miracle.

I'm happy for the guy but he sure doesn't look very happy.

He's got that I wish I had spent another stinkin' dollar for the Powerplay look on his face.

Sometimes it doesn't pay to be a pennypincher like tiggs.

Not that there's anything wrong with being a tightwad and a cheapskate.

Far be it from me to suggest anything of the kind.

The article reads: The lucky lottery player won the prize by matching the Powerball number and four out of the five other numbers, which is a $10,000 amount. Had Newberry purchased the PowerPlay multiplier both times, he would have won $30,000 and $50,000 respectively.

Consequentially, I wonder if Mr. Newberry will soon begin purchasing [the wiser for him] PowerPlay multiplier option for $1 more each Powerball play

He is so lucky, winning Powerball twice.

Newberry purchased both winning tickets at Powell's One Stop on Highway 62 East. Somtimes loyalty does pay off. I often drive 5 miles just to purchase my lottery ticket at an friendly-customer-service gastation.

An Arkansas lottery player claimed a $10,000 Powerball prize at Arkansas Lottery headquarters Thursday for the second time.

William J. Newberry of Green Forest Thursday redeemed a winning Powerball ticket for a $10,000 prize. This is Mr. Newberry's second $10,000 Powerball win.

Newberry purchased both winning tickets at Powell's One Stop on Highway 62 East. He said he was going to spend some of his winnings buying more Powerball tickets.
