			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, $800 million is a lot, to be sure.<br /><br />It would probably require a wooden pallet to hold it all, if the $800 million was in stacks of $100 bills. Now try to picture 2,500 of those pallets, each containing $800 million. It would take up a whole warehouse. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Massachusetts Legislature gambled a year ago that the state Lottery would generate at least $759 million in profits for local aid to cities and towns.<br /><br />That is turning out to be a pretty safe bet after all.
