			<description><![CDATA[<p>The state House has approved a bill that would prohibit the Oklahoma Lottery Commission from using children in its advertisements.<br /><br />The House passed the bill 69-19 on Monday. It now heads to the Senate.<br /><br />The bill by Rep.
