Blago's case will be dismissed or thrown out or whatever the feds have to do to keep a certain person in DC from having to testify or give a deposition.

Blago ain't goin down alone. The NC case won't have anything to do with it. Half of this scandal is rooted in DC and that's why you don't see Blago sweating.

He won't be doing any time and you can take that to the bank. The fix is in.

With this ruling the former Ill. Gov. Rod Blago will be found not guilty.

A judge on Tuesday ordered a former North Carolina lottery commissioner convicted of five counts of the honest services law released from a Georgia prison.

U.S. District Judge James Dever III said Kevin Geddings should be set free as he seeks to have his 2006 conviction vacated. The decision came just hours after prosecutors said Geddings should be released.
