			<description><![CDATA[<p>I hear you, but at the same time it&#x27;s great to hear the lottery reporting something like this quickly and being all over it.<br /><br />Raffles and other rare drawings have the greatest possibility of errors in reporting, because the lottery doesn&#x27;t get a lot of practice with all the mechanisms (operationally). Best to hang on to non-winning tickets for a few days because of it.</p>]]></description>
