You almost have hold on to your ticket even if it's said it not a winner!What if you got rid of the ticket in a case like this,now what

Terminals playing by their own rules? Takes an honest human (reluctant or otherwise) to set the computers straight. The terminals in PA are also

trying to go solo..setting their own clocks and eating tickets they don't seem to like. What is this world coming to? Makes one want to launch an

investigation...at least into the crummy software they rely on daily....definitely into the substandard, heat sensitive, flimsy paper they print

Lottery trying to track down the winners

45 Arkansas Lottery players who purchased Arkansas Million Dollar Raffle tickets are owed $20.

That's because the lottery terminal failed to alert the player or retailer that the player won a bonus prize.
