I traveled to Virginia many times to play in the MegaMillions Lottery before North Carolina joined the party. Never won any money off the MegaMillions when I traveled to Virginia, but I won a great deal of money with the scratch offs there.<br /><br />In addition, before NC joined Powerball, I traveled to South Carolina one time, to play in the big drawing there, that was going to have a payout of over $100 million.</p>]]></description>
