			<description><![CDATA[<p>Apparently these people want to believe they won and will spend their life savings trying to collect. When I read these stories, half of me wonders how people can be so gullible and the other half feels sorry for the people that get scammed.<br /><br />Why people believe they won a contest they never entered or need to pay lots of money to collect their winnings is beyond me.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can&#x27;t tell me there&#x27;s no way to catch these criminals, whether they&#x27;re in other countries or not. This has been going on in one form or another for decades and decades.<br /><br />It could be done but there&#x27;s one problem - there&#x27;s no money in it for the cops.<br /><br />They&#x27;re more interested in radar guns and speeding cameras and redlight cameras. That&#x27;s where the money&#x27;s at.<br /><br />They really couldn&#x27;t care less about Mamaw&#x27;s life savings getting stolen. If the number is unlisted, how did they get her number?<br /><br />2.
