I hope we can now see some big scratch off winners in the Northeastern part of North Carolina. From what I am reading when I look at the winners page, It seems that all of the big winning stratch off tickets are in the Western part of the state.

Just my personal opinion.

The N.C. Education Lottery Commission tonight named Alice Garland, deputy executive director for legislative and corporate communications, as the new executive director of the N.C. Education Lottery.

Garland will be the second director and has served as acting executive director since the first director, Tom Shaheen, announced his resignation in August.
