The Arkansas lottery should take a page out of the Massachusetts lottery's book, and start a subscription service allowing people for all over the US to participate in it's lottery. It would raise much-needed additional revenue.

It is good to see Arkansas coming up with a way to get help.........the Lottery would be a great way to raise money.....beaudad!!! I also like the million dollar idea......actually they should give away 1.75 million....that way after taxes....a millionaire is a millionaire.........I often wondered......if a person is a million dollars in debt......would that make them a millionaire

Delays participation in Decades of Dollars game

The Arkansas Lottery Commission approved a new budget Wednesday that takes into account expected reductions in revenue.

Under the budget for the fiscal year that begins July 1, operating revenue would be $459 million, compared to $464 million for the current fiscal year, with $100 million in net proceeds, down from $105 million.

Lottery Director Ernie Passailaigue said the budget for the upcoming year is based on actual revenue.
