			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t see where privatizing would be putting the screws to all Ohioans.<br /><br />I think Kasich is a good, honest, decent man with Ohio&#x27;s best interests at heart and the experts tell him that the lottery could be improved.<br /><br />I just don&#x27;t believe in experimenting with or drastically changing something that by all accounts is working well.</p>]]></description>
