Note, not all of the stores had the expensive surveillance camera and/or film though, that's a form of gamble that a store owner takes

How can they redeem lottery tickets that has been stolen, but redeemed them same day. most states will cancel that series on numbers on the tickets that was stolen.

Cops are looking for a man who has been caught on tape redeeming stolen California lottery tickets.

Stockton investigators say the man robbed Sally s Beauty Supply on Pacific Avenue in January, the Quick Stop on Fremont Street in January and again in March, the 7-11 on Da Vinci Drive and the AM/PM in Manteca, both in March.

At the 7-11 robbery, cops say the man took lottery tickets. Winning tickets from that stolen bunch have been redeemed by a man and woman at a Quick Stop in Antioch. The... [ More ]
