I wish TN would have a raffle once in a while.

But I know The Dragon Lady watches me like a hawk and now that she knows I want a raffle, it'll never happen.

The Louisiana Lottery's finale drawing for its newest $10 raffle game, Millionaire Bonus Raffle, was held Thursday morning, creating one freshly-minted millionaire and several winners of $20,000.

Raffle number 021159 was randomly selected as the $1 million winner from the 275,052 tickets that were sold.

The winning ticket was sold in Lafayette.
