Ya I'm off in a little bit to get some PB and Texas Lotto tickets. I always check the txlottery.org website first and on there it will tell you what store the jackpot ticket was sold (if won in Texas like the MM was the other draw) or the second placed one. A few months ago when the PB jackpot was high I had my heart race for a second when I saw a 2nd place ticket had won here in my city but then I saw it was at a different store.

Student loans would definitely be one of the top things I'd pay off once the money came in. One of the first things I'd get though, with the help of my lawyer, is a loan through WellsFargo so I can purchase a new Mustang. I have come to the conclusion that the jackpot amount of any lottery is so not newsworthy. Here is why I think that way:

1) The amount of the jackpot only matters once there is a winning ticket or winning tickets; until then, the actual value to all non-winning lottery players is ZERO.

It's all about positive thoughts. Actually the closest I've gotten to a major win I had a $1 QP and very positive thoughts (hit 3 numbers and were 1-4 digits off on the others). Though since then no matter how positive I've been my numbers have struggled to being hit.
