In March 2009 a jackpot cap was introduced. It is now capped at 185 Million Euro. Once it hits that limit it doesn't matter how many more roll overs there are. 185000000 is the most you can ever win.

It's really simple. The income tax is authorized to be laid in the nature of an excise. If you are a Canadian Citizen living in Canada and you earn money here in the US, your US sourced income most likely would fall under the excise.
