I think my area harbors the 30-something variety of sociopaths. I ran into 2 of them in as many days...

One I was ready to smack upside the head with my gallon of milk and the other I was ready to take care of with my bare hands.

I agree, I think the ratio is higher.

Especially in younger people and even more so if they work in a fast food joint.

I think smacking fast food punks upside the head should be legal.

this will be continued without a finding pending possible restitution for damages. no penalty for the drug possession as it is unenforeceable in this state. the courts are only interested in making money not justice in these types of cases, so yes a court fee is possible, jail is not even on the radar screen for this schmuck. case closed.

Cost of dent in car hood 330 - 800 dollars

Cost of drug charges, vandalism , lawyers , cort fees and possible jail time.... Priceless.

500 dollars is not enough for me to get emotional about.

Anyhow, apparently many of these sociopaths aren't biological but rather learned.

This isn't to say that the drug using, private 'property damager' written about in this article is a sociopath ... no tests were performed. Could be bipolar or no illness/bent. I had an unconscious mind unti the age of 27. What i've learned is that 1 out of every 25 people that walk the earth are sociopaths. It's not their fault, they are born like that. And a sociopath just doesn't have the ability to think of anyone but themselves. Sure the smart ones can fake it, but many just can't think of anyone but themselves. When I read this story, the first thing I thought of was that this guy was a sociopath...

absolutely does not a need to hire a lawyer or be appointed one for this silly case. nothing more than a civil matter. no da or prosecutor would even bother with this. he will pay damages and that is the end of it. no one can force you into rehab for weed possession in this country, unless the find out you watched that crap tv show the A-team, then you could be committed to ancora where you probably escaped from.

Well look at how many people have money issues and who spend it on gambling. Granted, of course, gambling can result in getting money, where buying that ounce of pot likely would not (I'm not well versed on marijuana purchases but since that amount is near the 'not illegal' mark I'd assume he hadn't bought it to sell it and make money like you would a higher weight of the stuff).

Yeah, I agree this guy acted like a bonehead loser over just winning $500.00. I guess he must have just had 50 cents in his pockets and non-existent bank account to jump for joy like that. If he actually jumped from the ground up onto the roof of that car, I think he might want to hone either his ball catching skills or basketball skills and try to get on a team with hops like that. But he would need to give up hitting the wacky weed.

Don't get me wrong that's a good amount of money for anyone.....but not Millions! A Massachusetts man riding high after winning $500 in the lottery jumped onto the roof of a car to celebrate, only to be brought back to earth by police, who busted him for property damage and possession of marijuana, officials said.

Cops arrested Joseph Taglieri, 31, outside of his apartment on Prince Street in Boston yesterday, after watching him scream YEEESSSS!!!!! and leap onto a nearby 1994 Toyota Camry, denting the roof, according to the Suffolk District Attorney's Office.
