Why is it that several people play the lottery, yet have NO prior research and plans in place for future ticket match moving towards strategic claim procedures? The reason the States will not deny illegal aliens the prize money when they win is because they know many many more will lose their money in pursuit of the jackpot. It makes perfect sense to let a few claim their money and encourage others to play. We all know that upperclass and upper middle class gamble very little. Most illegal aliens belong to the low class.

I'm a firm beliver in we reap what we sow. You put out bad karma or harm and it will come back 3 fold .. The man maybe an illegal ..
