			<description><![CDATA[<p>They wouldn&#x27;t need pop up thermometers...being broke is not a sometime thing with them. They are always broke!<br /><br />How about if the tax worked like gambling? Where they collect tax when you win enough to show a profit - but when you lose, they pay you the tax at the same rate as they collect from winners? (Go ahead and call it progressive, it&#x27;s certainly fair to the player though)!<br /><br />I&#x27;m fully in favor of allowing internet gambling tax-free, just the way it has always been</p>]]></description>
