I wasn't a winner in the raffle for any prize...nor yet again was anyone I know.

I was thinkin the same thing about Lucky4life....it did seem odd.A few weeks back I told the clerk I wanted 5 qp's on the same ticket for 2 draws and he said that it was not possible to do it that way.Sounds sketchy to me

Connecticut is the only state in the northeast that requires winning tickets to be claimed in just 180 days. Other northeast states allow up to one year.

Also, I noticed a sign at a lottery terminal this morning that mentioned a limitation on advance action play for Lucky 4 Life, much as there is for Powerball now. Does anyone have any further info on the L4L changes coming in March, 2012, other than the tidbit found here:

http://www.ctlottery.org/Content/newluckyforlife.aspx
