you run a pool with 100 players so you can all win 1 million apiece before taxes. seems like a lot of work to just get a bunch of extra losing tickets and worry about who didn't pay and collecting the money etc. pools are for fools especially when you have over 10 participants. problems will arise if somehow you hit it.

They have done this before on a Mega Millions jackpot they usually do it when the sales go over what they estimate before the jackpot has been drawn, plus when people see it increase before the drawing they tend to go buy more tickets.

I think what rdgrnr is saying is that it's a lot different just seeing a sweet kid in a store and offering to buy him/her an ice cream than it is to think a parent wronged their kid by denying ice cream, and you were going to try and override the parent in public -- where the parent probably was steaming, but had the grace not to show it.

I noticed that the lady that won in RI formed a trust but still gave a interview.I'm not sure if she wanted to so I'm not sure if you could claim this size jp without letting the cat out the bag. the media and lottery commission wouldn't let ya.good luck lp'Res.

We love icecream over here to... come visit us up in ... Rhode Island ... :) and while you are here... buy a winning lottery ticket. I hear it's the thing to do (while eating peppermint icecream)

Depending on which side of the bay you decide to travel on... you should probably either buy your ticket in West Warwick or I know a really nice lil cumbies in Warren... either location should be roughly 1/2 way between the 2 existing winning ticket-purchase-place locations.
