To rename the game would be appropriate if this were a common occurrence, hardly the case, hasn't ever happened yet.

If you want to remain anonymous, set up a proxy or if you want to remain completely anonymous download an openvpn client and purchase your own vpn(virtual private network). lol - I believe that the j/p 1st ticket sold in RI was bought by a non-Rhodie... so it stands to reason that there needs to REALLY be 2 Rhodie winners... and since there were already 2 Rhodie tickets sold... the 2nd Rhodie winner needs to purchase their ticket NOT in Rhode Island.
