			<description><![CDATA[<p>I filled out a survey for the Michigan Lottery the other day, and some of the questions point to them issuing a debit card type of system with a daily limit. As I filled out the survey I could see the great possibilities. I imagine they are watching the Illinois experiment right now but I&#x27;d bet on online gaming in Michigan before the end of the year! Ive bought tickets two seperate times now online.<br /><br />You sign up for an account and give them your usual info and you have to give them your SSN as well. After you confirm your account you can add money to your lottery account through a credit card or through a banking account.
