			<description><![CDATA[<p>too bad our public education system still sucks.<br /><br />throwing money at a problem doesn&#x27;t make the problem go away.<br /><br />just think if that money would go to lowering people&#x27;s taxes.<br /><br />lower taxes = more money to play the lottery.<br /><br />but, that would be a logical solution, so it&#x27;s not even being considered by politicians.<br /><br />they know what&#x27;s best for us peasants.</p>]]></description>
