Congrats to the winners. I was playin' that game myself.

OTOH, their employer may take exception to the calling in sick and then going public like they did, especially if it shut or slowed down operations in a large manufacturing plant. I don't think their employer would take kindly to their customers fining them for late product because a large group of people in the same department decided to all call in sick and go collect lottery winnngs. Just looking at reality....

Actually it was 10 people who won $21 million. (They chose the cash option which was worth $21 m). They work about 5 miles down the road from my home. Ticket was purchased at a Shell gas station at I35 and Western Center Blvd in Fort Worth. Hope next time it's my turn

HEY, LUCKY WANTS HIS PROPS REGARDING THIS ARTICLE. I'VE BEEN TALKIN' ABOUT THE $5 INVESTMENT FOREVER...RIGHT????

So, they had (28) people that went in on $5 each which is $140 when they'd play...and it paid off after all this time. I'm a firm believer in the $5 increments when it comes to playing and, from the looks, so did these people.

I think there might be one more player that won. A lot of times when people play in a lottery pool, and they win, someone will come out of the woodwork and say I was in it too ! . Let's hope they got all their ducks in a row.

A $5 weekly investment in a lottery office pool has paid off for a group of Bell Helicopter employees in Fort Worth, Texas.

The group of seven men and three women learned they won the $28 million jackpot Sunday morning.

The winning Lotto Texas numbers were 13, 36, 38, 45, 46, and 49.

When I saw that we had all six numbers, I just lost it... man, I lost it! Mario Mercado said.
