			<description><![CDATA[<p>So the Georgia Lottery has already set a record 3.8 billion in sales for &#x27;12, and we aren&#x27;t even 2/3 of the way through the year yet. What I want to know is if they are are taking in all these record amounts of funds, why are the Hope Schlorships being cut back so drastically? After all, that is one of the main beneficiaries of the Lottery. That was the main selling point when the lottery was first proposed here in Georgia.
